An internal training programme to promote excellent customer service.

Thistle engaged Iguana to develop the branding and collateral for an internal communications training initiative to be used in driving up the performance of their front line hotel staff.

We developed Daily Habits and Skills Check to specifically engage their staff in the learning process and help them to gain greater knowledge and understanding of service delivery and the standards to be reached, with the outcome being more effective customer service.

Following the initial launch of the programme, Iguana designed and produced a series of branded items to supplement the training materials such as posters, leaflets and handy reminder cards which were a fun promotional tool and a way of getting staff involved, engaged and working together.
